Roles and Responsibilities
Identify business opportunities and drive revenue through client acquisition.
Building and managing a sales pipeline.
Lead generation and networking.
Manage the entire sales cycle, from qualifying to demonstrations and closing business.
Excellent team management and interpersonal skills.
Requirements
5+ years of sales experience, at least the last 3 years selling SaaS to businesses.
A proven record of driving results in a high-growth company environment.
Experience with managing clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
Entrepreneurial mindset, forward-thinking, and decision-making skills.
Graduation with an MBA (MBA is not mandatory but will be an advantage).
Experience using Sales Force, HubSpot, or Zoho.
Full-timeRoles and Responsibilities
Excellent communication skills.
Professional-level experience in Excel with knowledge of creating pivots, charts, dashboards, etc.
Familiarity with digital marketing.
Should be able to quickly learn and master all the features of AiPlex Bridge.
Onboarding new clients by providing them with tool training and helping them set up the tool.
Respond to and resolve queries and complaints from clients in a timely manner.
Provide refresher training.
Reach out to existing clients and inform them about new features and updates in the tool.
Always be in touch with agencies and resellers and keep them updated about all new developments in the tool.
Requirements
2-4 years of experience in customer service or similar domains.
Excellent communication skills.
Understanding of important social media platforms.
Be a fast learner.
Digital Marketing experience would be a plus.

Prepare detailed plans for ongoing and future projects, including resource allocation, budget projections, and timelines.
Create and maintain project documentation and trackers for timelines, resource planning, and release cycles.
Coordinate and manage daily Scrum meetings, sprint planning, and release planning.
Identify and manage cross-team dependencies.
Perform root cause analysis to improve efficiency.
Requirements
5+ years in a SaaS or software project implementation environment.
Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with project management tools.
High-level proficiency in Python.
